Some more information…

Who is the dog?

The dog on the home page is Bolo. He is 11 years old and my number one taste tester. He ensures that all dog treats meet the highest standards: they are both delicious and nutritious.

Why the prices?

Running an at-home bakery can be a challenging endeavor. For one, ingredients cannot be bought in bulk from industrial suppliers (ie, I cannot buy a 100lb bag of flour). Supplies come from the same grocery stores that you shop at, and you know how expensive ingredients can be! High-quality ingredients take baked goods to the next level, and we take pride in using only the best butter, eggs, chocolate… to deliver the most decadent sweet treats you can ask for. After all, you deserve it!

What rescues are you donating to?

As of right now, the two organizations that donations will be sent to are Staten Island Hope Animal Rescue (Staten Island Hope Animal Rescue) and Animal Care Centers of New York (Animal Care Centers of NYC | NYC's Largest Animal Shelter). If you have any other rescues you would like to share, please let us know!

How will donations be made?

One larger donation will be made every few orders through the organization’s donation page. Donations are based on the number of completed orders, and this page will be updated when a donation is made on behalf of Cookies and Biscuits. Thank you for ordering and helping shelters help their residents!

More about me…

I am currently a third-year undergraduate, and I am crossing my fingers and toes that I can get into and attend veterinary school in the class of 2031. My academic interests lie in sports medicine and rehabilitation. But outside of school, I’ve always loved to bake. I always joked about selling cookies, but I figured it was time to stop dreaming about it and actually do it! Here’s some more fun pictures, just because…
